6. Entrants must provide the following details upon request by Meelie Mobile, which may include the entrant’s name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email address.
7. The winner will be chosen randomly, notified by direct message or email on 31.10.2024, and given 7 days to claim the prize. Once claimed, the prize will be delivered within 7 days.
8. Entries via sales, trade-in or repair must be placed by the closing date and completed before the draw takes place to qualify. Entries where goods are returned under your statutory rights for change of mind will not be counted. For entries via social media you must be following us on or before the closing date. Mailing list entries will qualify providing you were signed up on or before the closing date.
9. Un-claimed prizes will not be re-drawn.
10. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Meelie Mobile shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access, or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
