When will I get my phone?

We offer free next day despatch on all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday within Mainland UK. Excludes bank & public holidays.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched using a tracked, trusted courier on the same day where possible. Orders placed after this or on Saturdays may be despatched same day but this is not guaranteed.

All orders over £150 should be delivered by 1pm the following day however once an order is with the courier any delays in delivery our beyond our control. Delivery to certain Highland & Island addresses may take longer.

We use a tracked service for all orders. You will receive a tracking reference before 5pm on the day of despatch with a link to the relevant couriers website.

Please note that it can take several hours for tracking to become live, in most cases tracking will be live by 6pm on the day of despatch.

All smartphones will be supplied SIM free, unlocked to use on any network.

All smartphones, tablets and watches will be supplied with a USB charging cable and a SIM removal tool. 

Devices listed as NEW will be as supplied by the manufacturer, most new devices no longer include a charging plug.

Yes, we offer a number of options for you to spread the cost of your purchase including Clearpay, Klarna and PayPal Pay In 3 with no interest and no fees.

You can also buy now, pay later with PayPal Credit.

All options are subject to term and conditions and subject to status, see checkout for available options at time of purchase.

We are primarily a B2C business, and as with many sellers in the refurbished sector, we sell most of our stock under the HMRC’s Marginal VAT scheme.

This enables us to offer the lowest prices; however, it does mean there is no reclaimable VAT on most devices.

If you are buying for business, please email [email protected] with the make, model, memory, grade and colour device you are interested in, and we can advise if there is any reclaimable VAT on that particular device.

All our phones are unlocked and should work in other counties without issue when using a UK/EU SIM card.

 

Samsung devices may be “Region Locked, this means they will work with a UK/EU SIM card but not a “local” SIM Card, this is not something we are able to remove before sale.

 

To remove the region lock you will first need to make a call for at least 5 minutes with a UK/EU SIM card before you can us a SIM card from a different region (e.g. Africa, Asia, USA). If you have a dual sim device, you will need to do this on both SIM slots.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
