Christmas delivery
Orders over £150, received before 1pm on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched using a Royal Mail Special Delivery and should be delivered on Tuesday 24th December however once the order has been dispatched it’s delivery is beyond our control and we cannot make any guarantee that it will be delivered in time for Christmas.
Please note that we are closed from 3pm on Christmas Eve (24th December). We will endeavour to answer all messages as soon as possible once we re-open at 9am on Friday 27th December.
Once your order has been processed you will receive email confirmation that the order has been completed. You will receive tracking details in a separate email. Tracking may not become live for several hours (usually live by 6pm on the day of dispatch), you can track your delivery at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Royal Mail will automatically re-attempt delivery on the next working day following a first failed delivery. After this the parcel will be held at your local delivery office for collection. You can re-arrange delivery or arrange for collection from a post office via the Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Orders sent Tracked 24 may be delivered without signature if the occupant is not home and the parcel fits through the letterbox, in this instance the delivery officer will sign for the item and take a photograph at the property, GPS co-ordinates will also be logged.
