Up To 24 Month Conditional Warranty

All devices sold by Meelie Mobile via www.meeliemobile.com as of 22/07/2022 are supplied with a minimum 12 Month Conditional Warranty which covers manufacturer faults and does not cover the consumer or business purchasing this device for anything other. All Samsung Smartphones and Samsung Tablets are covered for 24 Months under the same terms. These terms are only relevant to devices sold via this website and does not cover devices purchased on other 3rd party channels. Batteries on all devices are covered by a separate 3 Month Conditional Battery Warranty.

  1. Conditions that sit outside the warranty include but might not be exclusive to the below:
    • Customer Induced Damage
    • Liquid Ingres
    • Screen Damage including Screen Burn deterioration
    • Cosmetic Damage
    • Jailbreak or any other unauthorised software manipulation
    • Software issues if the latest manufacturer software is not installed on the device
    • Software issues caused by any manufacturer updates if the manufacture has identified the issue
    • Any issue caused by any third-party apps
    • Devices that have been tampered with or opened/disassembled by an unauthorised repairer or service centre

    This warranty excludes batteries, please see our separate 3 Month Conditional Battery Warranty below.

  2. Any of the above conditions may invalidate the warranty completely or preclude any further repairs to a device.
  3. Meelie Mobile will always attempt to repair any faulty device in the first instance. While every effort is made to complete and return a repaired device in a timely manner (usually within 3-5 working days of receipt) please allow up to 30 days for the return of a repaired device to account for delays beyond our control such as parts shortages.
  4. Where a device cannot be repaired for any reason, we reserve the right to supply you with a replacement device of the same or similar model and specification to that of the original device but of the same cosmetic grade as the device which was returned at the time of the warranty claim.
  5. Where a device can neither be repaired nor replaced, we will offer you a refund. Any refund may be subject to a deduction based on the length of time you have had the device and cosmetic condition of the device.
  6. After 30 days of purchase the costs incurred returning a device in relation to a warranty claim is at the expense of the buyer.
  7. All devices returned for repair must be reset (if possible). Devices will be data-wiped upon receipt and all data will be lost. You are responsible for the backup of your data, we accept no liability for loss of data due to a fault with the device. We are unable to back up or restore any data. Your repair may be delayed if we are unable to access the device due to passcodes or software locks. We may request you provide passcodes or login details if you are unable to remove such locks remotely, if you are unable or unwilling to provide these details, we may have to return your device unrepaired so you can remove these, you will be responsible for all costs incurred and any delay to the repair.

3 Month Conditional Battery Warranty

Batteries are a consumable product and has such have a limited lifespan, generally estimated to be 2-3 years for recent Lithium-Ion batteries however this is dependent upon previous usage, charging and operating conditions. All devices sold by Meelie Mobile are supplied with a battery capacity of at least 80% of a new device and are guaranteed not to drop below 70% for 3 months.

  1. Battery warranty claims will be rejected regardless off battery condition where a device has any but not limited to the following:
    • Customer Induced Damage
    • Liquid Ingres
    • Screen Damage including Screen Burn deterioration
    • Cosmetic Damage
    • Jailbreak or any other unauthorised software manipulation
    • Battery issues caused by the latest manufacturer software is not being installed on the device
    • Battery issues caused by any manufacturer updates if the manufacture has identified the update has caused a battery issue
    • Battery issues caused by third-party apps
    • Devices that have been tampered with or opened/disassembled by an unauthorised repairer or service centre

Requesting a Warranty Return

To make a warranty claim please contact us by emailing at [email protected] and include your order reference and as detailed description of the issue as possible, providing photographs or screenshots where relevant.

  1. Before authorising a return, we may ask you to carry out some troubleshooting depending on the fault or request photographs of the phone. Authorisation of a return will be for an initial inspection by our technicians, no decision on the approval of a warranty is implied or given by us authorising return.
  2. Once a warranty return has been approved, we will notify you by email of the return address to send the device, you are responsible for the device until it is received by us. We recommend you use a reputable courier with suitable insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. Please do not send any device to any other address than explicitly given for your warranty return.

Should any device returned to us be found to be excluded from the warranty the device will be returned to you at the original delivery address on the order unless you provide us with an alternative address prior to returning the device. Rejected devices will be shipped within 3 working days.
