We break our phone categories into 3 easy to understand categories: New, Working & Faulty. Each of these categories have fixed prices so that you can get an immediate quote, rather than send your phone away for a quote to be given.
We are constantly assessing our pricing to ensure that we are paying a great price for your phone, even if it is broken.
Once you have decided to send your device back to Meelie, we will email you with step by step instructions including: How to delete any data from your device, how to package the device to send and all postage information.
We provide free postage labels which include tracking so that you can check on your phone’s journey. If you cannot print the label, we will post the label out to you free of charge.
Once we receive your mobile phone, the team will carry out our initial checks and we will make payment with 1 day.
We do not use any nasty ‘up to’ pricing on our site so the price you see when checking out is the price you will get. If there is any reason that we cannot pay the full amount we will either return your phone free of charge or give you a fair counter offer.
Some mobile phone recycling services charge seller fees that can eat into the money that you receive. Meelie Mobile do not have any hidden costs so the price we quote is the price you receive.
