1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Meelie Mobile (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. The Promotion
Anyone who trades in an eligible device directly through Meelie Mobile during February 2026 via https://buyback.meeliemobile.com (“Promotion Website”) will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a prize (“Prize Draw”).
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
3.2. Entrants must be 18 years or over, or have the express permission of a parent or legal guardian to sell a device to us.
3.3. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, suppliers, and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.
3.4. By entering, you confirm that you have full legal title to the device you are selling and that the device is not lost, stolen, or subject to any third-party claim.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, you must place an order to sell your device directly through the Promotion Website.
4.2. Orders placed via third-party comparison sites or affiliates are not eligible, even if they are later re-submitted directly.
4.3. Duplicate entries are not permitted. Each entrant will receive one (1) entry per eligible completed sale.
4.4. To qualify, your sale must be registered on the Promotion Website by 23:59 on 28 February 2026 (“Closing Date”).
4.5. Only completed sales will be entered into the Prize Draw. A completed sale means that we have received your device, verified it, and processed the trade-in in accordance with our buyback terms and conditions.
4.6. Your device must be received by us within 14 days of placing your order for your entry to be valid.
5. Prizes
There will be three (3) winners, each receiving one of the following prizes:
- 1st Prize: Samsung LEVEL ON Wireless Pro Noise Cancelling Headphones (EO-PN920) + Samsung LEVEL Box Slim Wireless Portable Bluetooth Speaker (EO-SG930)
- 2nd Prize: Samsung LEVEL ON Wireless Pro Noise Cancelling Headphones (EO-PN920)
- 3rd Prize: Samsung LEVEL ON Wireless Headphones (EO-PN900)
Prizes are subject to availability and may vary slightly from the images and descriptions shown in promotional materials.
6. Winner Selection and Draw Date
6.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received and verified in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
6.2. The draw will take place week commencing 30 March 2026.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
7.1. Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided as part of their buyback order.
7.2. Prizes will be dispatched to the address provided in the buyback order within five (5) working days of the winner notification being sent.
7.3. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes being delayed, lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, or for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the winner.
8. No Cash Alternative
8.1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make this unavoidable.
9. Verification and Disqualification
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request information reasonably necessary to confirm compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
9.2. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant and/or select an alternative winner if it reasonably believes an entrant has:
- breached these Terms & Conditions or our buyback terms and conditions;
- provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- attempted to manipulate the entry process; or
- engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct.
10. No Purchase or Payment Required
10.1. No payment is required to enter this Prize Draw beyond participating in an eligible device trade-in.
10.2. The Promoter will never request payment from winners in connection with the Prize Draw or delivery of prizes.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1. Personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, including marketing preferences selected by the entrant.
11.2. Personal data will be used for the administration of the Prize Draw, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
12. General
12.1. The Promoter’s decision in relation to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including where required for legal or regulatory reasons.
12.3. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with this Prize Draw.
