Where Do You Deliver To?

We deliver to addresses inside the mainland United Kingdom. You may place an order for products from outside the mainland United Kingdom, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the mainland United Kingdom. If you require delivery outside mainland UK, please contact us to see if we can help you.

How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?

Delivery and packing is FREE. The cost of delivery is included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

I Ordered A Product, When Will I Receive It?

If you order a device before 1pm Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same day where possible. The products should then reach you before 1pm the following day. Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. Tracking is available so you can see where your parcel is.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event within our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. By doing this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

What If I Am Not In When My Order Arrives?

We want to make sure your new device reaches you safely so will require to be signed for. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the courier service will provide you with information on how you can rearrange delivery or arrange to collect the products from a local collection point. Some ‘accessory only’ orders may be posted through your letterbox

If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a collection point the courier service shall return the device to us. We will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and refund the amount that you have paid, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
