Order before 1pm on 23rd December for next day delivery.
Please note that while we will dispatch all orders placed before 1pm for next day delivery, once an item has left us we have no control over the Royal Mail. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment as delivery cannot be guaranteed during this busy period.
Once your order has been processed you will receive email confirmation that the order has been completed. You will receive tracking details in a separate email. Tracking may not become live for several hours (usually live by 6pm on the day of dispatch), you can track your delivery at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Royal Mail will automatically re-attempt delivery on the next working day following a first failed delivery. After this the parcel will be held at your local delivery office for collection. You can re-arrange delivery or arrange for collection from a post office via the Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Orders sent Tracked 24 may be delivered without signature if the occupant is not home and the parcel fits through the letterbox, in this instance the delivery officer will sign for the item and take a photograph at the property, GPS co-ordinates will also be logged.
