Warranty guide

At Meelie Mobile you have the reassurance of our a 12-month warranty which covers manufacturer faults to the handset. Should you experience any functional issues with your device, let us know and we will help you.

We are unable to cover faults due to misuse or user damage. We recommend you take out separate gadget insurance to cover other eventualities.

Conditions that sit outside the warranty include but might not be exclusive to the below:

Customer Induced Damage
Liquid Ingres
Screen Damage
Cosmetic Damage
Unauthorised software manipulation
Software Issues if the latest manufacturer software is not installed on the device
Devices that have been tampered with or opened/disassembled by an unauthorised repairer or service centre
Meelie Mobile reserve the right to refuse any claims if any of the above is found to be the case when a device is returned.

Meelie Mobile reserve the right to repair or replace any returned devices after the 14-day return period has expired. Any device returned with personal accounts or Activation Lock or any other method of preventing access to the device will void warranty coverage. To comply with data protection regulations, these must be removed/deactivated before any warranty claim can be processed.

If you are unsure about any of the above, please contact us first.

All returns must be accompanied by an authorised Return number from Meelie Mobile. If you do not have this number your return/warranty claim cannot be processed.
