Will I get a full refund?
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If an item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
New/sealed devices must be returned with the seals/cellophane wrapper intact in order to receive a full refund, if this is not the case then a deduction will be made from any refund based on an inspection of the device.
When will I get my refund?
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I've received my order but the device is faulty?
All devices purchased through Meelie Mobile come with a 12-month conditional warranty. Battery failure is covered by a separate warranty which is valid for up to 3 months. Batteries are not covered for heavy use or natural deterioration.

I've changed my mind, can I return the item?
Yes, the return window is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
