The world of like new

So, what is like new?

There are many definitions and grades for what like new or refurbished devices can be. For us though, we keep it simple. We have one definition and 52 quality control points to support our definition.

Like new phones are just that, they will look and feel exactly like a brand new device. If you held it up against a brand new device you wont be able to tell the difference. Any part that show signs of wear are replaced with a brand new Samsung part by a Samsung trained engineer. The only thing different, is the price.
