Earth Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Any personal information collected by Meelie Mobile in connection with this competition will be used in accordance with Meelie Mobile’s Privacy Policy, including marketing.

2. The closing date is 22.04.2024 13:00h. All entries must be received by this time and date, entries made after this time will not count.

3. The competition is open to UK residents.

4. Entrants under 16 must obtain parental consent prior to entering the competition.

5. One entry per person.

6. The prize is a refurbished (excellent grade) Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, a refurbished (excellent grade) Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G and a copy of Mike Berners-Lee Books “There Is No Planet B” & “How Bad Are Bananas?”.

7. Entrants must provide the details requested by Meelie Mobile, which include the entrant’s name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email address.

8. A winner will be chosen randomly, notified by direct message on 22nd April 2024, and given 7 days to claim the prize. Once claimed, the prize will be delivered within 7 days.

9. If the winner does not claim the prize by 1st May 2024 at 1pm, another winner will be chosen at random.

10. Winning decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Meelie Mobile shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access, or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.

12. Prize stated is non-transferable.

13. Meelie Mobile reserves the right to select an alternative winner if Meelie Mobile has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry.

14. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

15. Meelie Mobile will not request any form of payment in relation to this competition.

16. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
